- managing and developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts,
- acquiring new business opportunities,
- preparing tailored sales solutions,
- executing sales strategies to achieve targets,
- preparing proposals, offers and market analyses,
- monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments,
- collaborating closely with internal teams (operations, planning, logistics, production, marketing, finance) and product development.

Pričakujemo
- VI. or VII. degree in a relevant field,
- proven experience in Key Account Management within the textile, fashion, or sports industries,
- fluency in English,
- willingness to travel for business (approximately 25% of the time),
- strong analytical skills with a structured, proactive approach to account management,
- entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth and profitability,
- ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
