Information
- načrtovanje in spremljanje projektov za oddelek in delovno skupino,
- urejanje spletnih publikacij za oddelek,
- lektoriranje in urejanje relevantnih dokumentov in poročil,
- vodenje evidenc in poročanje KPI ter spremljanje proračuna,
- samostojno organiziranje službenih potovanj za vodjo oddelka (po potrebi za celoten oddelek) in skrb za oddajo vse potrebne dokumentacije,
- skrb za pripravo in nemoten potek sestankov (npr. organizacija telekonferenc, skrb za catering, priprava reklamnih panojev, tiskanje potrebnih dokumentov, priprava ostalih zadev po naročilu),
- vodenje zapisnikov in zagotavljanje potrebnih informacij udeležencem sestankov,
- skrb za nabavo pisarniškega materiala in sprejemanje obiskovalcev,
- zagotavljanje informacijske in kadrovske podpore oddelku.
Job description:
- planning deliverables and projects, both for the Department and the Working Group,
- coordinating website publications for the Department,
- proofreading and editing relevant documentation and reports,
- keeping records, KPI reporting and budget monitoring,
- independently preparing Mission Orders (travel arrangements) for the Head of Department and, when necessary, for the entire department, as well as following up mission orders with claims and collecting documents,
- independently following schedule of the Department as regards meetings especially in terms of teleconference bookings, catering orders, billboard signs, document printing, preparing the orders, following up and making sure events run smoothly,
- taking minutes and providing information for participants at team meetings,
- managing office supplies and welcoming visitors,
- providing overall support in the Department (includes IT and HR support).
Opis delovnega mesta

Zahtevane delovne izkušnje
1 - 3 let
- zaključeno vsaj VI. stopnjo izobrazbe,
- vsaj tri leta izkušenj na primerljivih delovnih mestih,
- odlično pisno in ustno znanje angleškega jezika (raven C1),
- računalniško pismenost (dobro znanje MS Office orodij),
- dobre komunikacijske in organizacijske sposobnosti.
Job requirements:
- post-secondary education attested by a diploma,
- 3 years of appropriate professional experience,
- very good oral and written knowledge of English (level C1),
- computer literacy (good knowledge of MS Office programs),
- good communication and organizational skills.
