Leanpay v 2025 širi ekipo v Sloveniji in med drugim išče Sodelavca za podporo strankam. Le-ta bo zagotavljal podporo prodaji komitentom, trgovskim partnerjem in trgovinam v skladu z najboljšimi svetovnimi praksami ter tako pripomogel k rasti Leanpay v Sloveniji.

Opis delovnega mesta

Glavne odgovornosti vključujejo:

  • Komuniciranje in pomoč strankam pri vprašanjih, povezanih s postopkom odobritve, upravljanjem posojila, preklici, plačili, predplačili in predčasnim odplačilom (klici, maili, chat,...).
  • Upravljanje zahtevkov strank v platformah CRM (npr. Hubspot, ...).
  • Izvedba zalednih nalog pri transakcijah (komunikacija s potrošniki in poslovnimi strankami).
  • Validacija podatkov strank v internem sistemu.
  • Pregled in obdelava zahtevkov za spremembo podatkov strank
  • Odobravanje kreditnih vlog (pregled dokumentacije, komunikacija s strankami, arhiviranje dokumentacije).
  • Pomoč strankam in poslovnim partnerjem pri dostavi blaga in izvedbi verifikacije (identifikacije strank)
  • upoštevanje postopkov in internih politik
  • obravnava pritožb strank in skrb za reševanje le-teh.
  • sodelovanje z različnimi oddelki za izboljšanje izkušenj strank in notranjih procesov. zagotavljanje skladnosti z notranjimi pravili in zunanjimi predpisi.
  • sodelovanje s tehnično ekipo pri reševanju zahtevkov strank v internem programu (npr. Jira,...).
  • komuniciranje s potrošniki in poslovnimi partnerji z namenom reševanja težav, zagotavljanja podpore in ohranjanja zadovoljstva strank
  • pridobivanje potrebnih informacij in dokumentacije od potrošnika
  • informiranje potrošnikov v zvezi z izvedbo nakupov na obroke in v zvezi s pogoji kreditne pogodbe
  • posredovanje predhodnih informacij o kreditni pogodbi potrošniku sposobnost reševanja težavnih situacij in reklamacij
  • pomoč strankam in poslovnim partnerjem pri uporabi aplikacij Leanpay
  • izboljšanje uporabniške izkušnje in zbiranje povratnih informacij strank na vseh stičnih točkah: telefon, e-pošta, klepet v živo, družbenimi mediji ali drugi kanali sodelovanja.
  • iskanje priložnosti za zagotavljanje proaktivne storitve za stranke in sporočanje novih funkcij
  • priprava poročil in dokumentov
  • druga dela po odredbi delodajalca.


Main task:

Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers and business partners with issues related to the Leanpay platform and installment purchases. This role involves direct communication with customers to resolve their concerns and support business partners in implementing and using Leanpay services. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of personal finance and digital payments ecosystems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication with and support for customers regarding questions related to the approval process, loan management, cancellations, payments, prepayments, and early repayments (calls, emails, chat, etc.).
  • Managing customer requests in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, etc.).
  • Performing back-office tasks related to transactions (communication with consumers and business customers).
  • Validation of customer data in the internal system.
  • Review and processing of requests for changes to customer data.
  • Approval of credit applications (review of documentation, communication with customers, archiving documentation).
  • Assisting customers and business partners with goods delivery and the verification (identification) process.
  • Adhering to procedures and internal policies.
  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring their resolution.
  • Cooperating with various departments to improve customer experience and internal processes; ensuring compliance with internal rules and external regulations.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to resolve customer requests in internal systems (e.g., Jira, etc.).
  • Communicating with consumers and business partners to resolve issues, provide support, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collecting required information and documentation from consumers.
  • Informing consumers about installment purchases and the terms of the credit agreement.
  • Providing preliminary information about the credit agreement to consumers; ability to handle challenging situations and complaints.
  • Assisting customers and business partners with the use of Leanpay applications.
  • Improving user experience and collecting customer feedback across all touchpoints: phone, email, live chat, social media, or other engagement channels.
  • Identifying opportunities to provide proactive customer service and communicating new features.
  • Preparing reports and documents.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the employer.

  • Zaželene izkušnje v klicnem centru, zaledni službi finančne organizacije in poznavanje zakonodaje potrošniškega kreditiranja in poslovnih procesov;

  • Tekoča uporaba slovenskega jezika, ustno in pisno;
  • Najmanj srednješolska izobrazba;
  • Sposobnost pisnega in ustnega izražanja;
  • Sposobnost komuniciranja;
  • Sposobnost reševanja težavnih situacij in reklamacij;

  • Vestnost in natančnost.

DELOVNI ČAS: Dvoizmensko delo od ponedeljka do sobote.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or in the back office of a financial organization, as well as knowledge of consumer credit legislation and business processes, is preferred;

  • Fluent use of the Slovenian language, both spoken and written;
  • At least a secondary school education;
  • Strong written and verbal expression skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and complaints;
  • Proactiveness;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Timely execution of tasks;
  • Conscientiousness and attention to detail.
