Opis delovnega mesta
- Komunikacija prek e-pošte, vstopnic in klepeta z obstoječimi strankami, da bi rešili njihove težave v zvezi z izdelki;
- posredovanje informacij poslovnega partnerja obstoječim strankam in potencialnim strankam po e-pošti, obravnavanje vstopnic in klepeta, če je na voljo za določeno poslovno področje, ter obravnavanje poizvedb za zaključevanje primerov;
- zavarujte in poglobite odnos zadrževanja strank, prispevajte k odlični podpori uporabnikom in prepoznajte/promovirajte ustrezne izdelke in storitve;
- poskrbite, da bodo vse pritožbe prepoznane, evidentirane, potrjene in učinkovito rešene;
- odgovoren in zanesljiv odnos, ki zagotavlja upoštevanje dnevnega načrta upoštevanja;
- zagotovite, da se vsi stiki s strankami obravnavajo učinkovito in uspešno;
- zagotavljanje visokokakovostnih storitev z upoštevanjem danih procesov in postopkov;
- posodabljanje baze strank ter dokumentiranje aktivnosti in zgodovine za nadaljnje stike in akcije;
- poročanje o najpogostejših težavah skupini za podporo za nadaljnje eskalacije.
- Communication via emails, tickets, and chat with existing customers in order to solve their issues related to the products
- Giving information about the client to existing customers and prospects via email, handling tickets, and chat if available for specific LOB and handling the inquiries in a case-closing manner
- Secure and deepen client retention, contribute to excellent customer support and recognize/promote suitable products and services
- Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed, and resolved effectively
- A responsible and reliable attitude to ensure that the daily adherence plan is being observed
- Secure that all customer contacts are being handled in an efficient and effective way
- Supply high-quality service through adherence to given processes and procedures
- Updating the database of customers and documenting activities and history for further contacts and campaigns
- Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations

- Zaželena diploma študija ali sorodne delovne izkušnje
- Odlične pisne in verbalne komunikacijske sposobnosti v slovenskem jeziku
- Dobro znanje angleščine
- Dobro znanje MS Office

- Preferable college degree or related work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Slovenian
