Do you have good organizational and communication skills? Are you a reliable person, who wants to gain international working experience? European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), based in Ljubljana, is looking for HR assistant in the HRM Department.
Opis delovnega mesta
- pomoč pri izvajanju različnih HR projektov (uvodna usposabljanja za novozaposlene, ustvarjanje mentorske sheme, strategije za razvoj zaposlenih itd.),
- podpora vodji HRM oddelka pri izvajanju kadrovskih strategij (izboljševanje strategij učenja in razvoja, pripravljanje kompetenčnega modela, programov za razvoj vodij itd.),
- podpora vodji kadrovske službe in nadrejenim v drugih oddelkih pri izvajanju projektov, vezanih na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih ipd.
Job description:
- assisting in the implementation of different HR-related projects (Improvements of the induction training for newcomers, Creation of a buddy/mentoring scheme, Drafting the revised learning and development policy and strategy etc.),
- support the HRM Team Leader in the implementation of the framework contract for HR services (Improvements of learning and development strategy, Competency framework implementation, Development of the managerial/experts tracks etc.),
- support the HRM Team Leader and Senior Managers in implementing the projects related to employee satisfaction, etc.

Zahtevane delovne izkušnje
1 - 3 let
- zaključeno najmanj VI. stopnjo izobrazbe,
- vsaj 3 leta izkušenj v kadrovski smeri,
- odlično ustno in pisno znanje angleščine (stopnja C1),
- poznavanje MS Office orodij in dobro računalniško pismenost.
Job requirements:
- post-secondary education attested by a diploma,
- 3 years of appropriate professional experience,
- very good oral and written knowledge of English (level C1),
- computer literacy (good knowledge of MS Office programs).
